Spring is in the Air at Springtime Made in the South Savannah, Georgia’s Premiere Arts and Crafts Festival The days are getting a little longer and there’s no better way to spend those moments than at Springtime Made in the South. This budding time of year brings with it this highly anticipated spring Savannah festival at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center. A gathering of over 200 artists will turn out their wares for excited visitors to admire and acquire on February 19, 20 and 21.
